Delete your Maple Glow LED account

This permanently deletes your Maple Glow LED remote-access account (made by Save on Lighting Ltd.) and everything stored with it:

• your email address and password hash
• every controller linked to the account: names, hardware (MAC) addresses, settings and light state
• each controller's cloud login, which stops working immediately

Nothing is kept except backup copies, which expire and are erased automatically within 7 days. Server logs (IP address and request time) are erased within 30 days. Your lights keep working at home with the app; only control from away stops.

You can also delete your account in the app (open a controller > Control from anywhere > Delete account), or email amolnannar19@gmail.com from your account email.
